Do you have an exercise (aka stability) ball? Do you use it?
Home-based workouts are among my most popular requests. People are busy and find working out at home both time-saving and economical.
A lot of people want easy, yet effective workouts that don’t require a lot of thinking or fancy, expensive equipment. That’s why I recommend getting a stability ball.
I find that most people already have one… but it you don’t exercise balls are a must-have for your home gym. They’re fairly inexpensive and extremely beneficial.
Exercise/Stability balls:
- Engage multiple muscle systems… which means they help target and activate more muscle fibers at once
- They can be used as either a bench or as a weight
- They help establish, restore and maintain balance
Today, I’m kicking off a series of stability ball – or exercise ball – workouts that target different areas of the body. My goal is to show you fun new exercises you can do using your stability ball… and also get you to recognize and appreciate how they engage more of your muscles. See me explain more and share the workout with you in this episode of CCtv.
How to do this Stability Ball Workout
Do each exercise, until you feel the burn… once you feel the burn do 5 more. Once you’re done with each exercise, move to the next with little to no rest between the different moves. You need to do each exercise back-to-back one time to complete 1 ‘round’ or set. You need to do 3 full sets to complete your workout.
Heads up! This workout isn’t going to do much if you’re not following a meal plan, cardio and full body weight training program that’s a good match for your body type and goal look. If you truly want to lose weight and improve your health and confidence join my Total Transformation Challenge. You’ll get noticeable results in DAYS not weeks!! Guaranteed.
It only works if you work it, so work it. YOU are so worth it!
